Sugar Candy/Mishri 200 Gm

Sugar Candy is also known as rock candy, rock sugar, mishri, or crystal sugar. It is an unrefined form of sugar in a crystal form that is made from evaporating sugarcane juice. It is a healthy substitute for normal table sugar. Misri is a great sweetener for tea or coffee. Rock candy is loved by both kids and adults and makes a good substitute for dessert after meals. 

Misri can be mixed with fennel seed also known as saunf, which is a great mouth freshener after food. Nonetheless, it looks aesthetic when served with drinks during celebrations among family and friends.
