Kathmandu Soya Chunks 300 Gm are made from defatted soy flour, a by-product of extracting soybean oil. They are low in fat but high in protein content. You can prepare many dishes using soya chunks such as soya chunks curry, kurma, choila, achar and even add them to your pulaos, soups, stir fries, etc.
Soya chunks are frequently consumed as a meat substitute due to their texture. You can blanch soya chunks and stir fry them to add in a curry. Soya chunks are mostly prepared as a curry combined with potato, ginger garlic paste, and right seasonings and eaten with rice.
