Gyamden'S Kitchen Khapse 300 Gm

Gyamden'S Kitchen Khapse 300 Gm is a beloved, deep-fried pastry made with all-purpose flour, milk and sugar. This deep fried biscuits are eaten and offered most commonly at Losar, but also sometimes on other special occasions, like Tibetan weddings. The khapse dough is then deep fried which gives it its light brown/yellow color.
